About Us

Paper Island is the retail offspring of Creative Native Crafts, a Hawaii-based scrapbook manufacturing company established in 2001.  Formerly known as Island Paperie Oahu, the store was opened in December 2006 in Kalihi, Oahu, Hawaii.  Paper Island Online was launched in July of 2007 as an extension of our retail location. Our team members listed below, as well as our part-time staffers, are responsible for filling and caring for online orders. In July 2008, a Waikiki location opened to service our visitor industry in the historic International Market Place, second floor, next to the 'House of Flys'.

Our Goals
  • To provide the Ultimate Hawaiian Scrapbooking Experience.
  • To give excellent customer service with aloha.
  • To create and offer products which assists in the preservation of personal memories and promotes individual creativity and enjoyment.
  • To promote, share with and educate others about Hawaii's authentic island culture, unique lifestyle and exotic beauty.
